Ben Grady

Creating a Player Centric approach & player pathways for disabled players

Ben Grady is the Regional Manager for Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the North East at the FA. He supports the seven County FAs in the region to create and implement plans that contribute towards the National Game Strategy.
He has been at the FA for 18 months, his previous roles include working at the Youth Sport Trust as Head of Membership, Capita as a Sport & Leisure Consultant and as a Partnership Development Manager for schools in North Yorkshire.

His volunteering roles have included being a junior football coach, board member for a County Sports Partnership and as a primary school governor.
